The medium-long slender grain Cooked Tulaipanji rice is tasty, good in texture, bright in appearance, non-sticky and friable due to its protein and high amylose content.
Tulaipanji is known for its aroma, lightness and jasmine-white appearance when cooked.
The rice is excellent for preparation of pulao, fried rice and biryani, risotto etc.
One of the main feature of Tulaipanji rice is that, the grains can retain the aroma for around a year or more.
